The location is brilliant, easy access to twin towers (15 mins walking) surrounded by some restaurants/pubs/internetcafe's WLAN available, but no-one could tell us the necessary username/password, so effectively it was not available. |

Swimmingpool right on top of the roof. The Gym. The distance of things around the hotel. I didn't like the internet facilities/ The price you have to pay for use. In this class hotel this should free for access. Better would even be wireless because then it is more friendlier in use. |

The location is prime with walking distance to the main malls in the city.The concierge was very co-operative. However this is definitely a five star. I would rate it as a good 4 star hotel. |

We love the hospitality of most of the staff, especially the very friendly lady staff at the pastry shop who was very patient even when we spent a lot of time in front of the counter trying to decide which pastry to purchase. The lifts were slow, especially from level LL where breakfast is served. This could be due to lift upgrading that rendered one lift down. Still, the waits can be fairly long. The bedsheet was also not very well tucked into. |
